Lavender Lune Wool Company yarns are coming to Sister-Arts Studio for an exclusive trunk show! We’re kicking things off with a sidewalk sale all day Saturday, July 20 from 11am – 6pm. See handknit samples and shop a beautiful range of colors and fibers on our lovely tree-lined sidewalk.

In the case of inclement weather, the trunk show kickoff will be moved indoors. Trunk show continues through July 28th…. or until this beautiful yarn sells out!

Coming to us from the forests of northern Minnesota, Lavender Lune’s yarns are hand-dyed by fiber artist Sam. Sam’s colors are rich and vibrant, yet grounded in nature.

In Sam’s own words: “I focus on hand dyed skeins of rich, vivid colors that are bold and eye-catching. As any fiber artist knows, yarn is all about expression and creativity. I've always sought to learn and explore while producing high-quality items that reflect the time and love I put into every item. I don't take any shortcuts and many skeins go through the dyeing and over-dyeing process many times. It's a lot more work that way but I only make things I want to buy, wear and share. I'm committed to providing you the same high quality hand dyed yarn that I use at home. There's no big box store here; just me in the woods, making yarn for you!”

This very special trunk show will feature several bases perfect for summer and fall, including unique blends of linen, wool, and cotton. Colors will include Sam’s signature palette of vibrant, hand-dyed semi-solids, plus a selection of stunning variegated colorways. Lavender Lune yarns will be available throughout the Yarn Crawl, while supplies last.
