Paint with wool in our Wet Felting Shawl Class

Popular guest instructor Tonya Utkina will introduce you to the exciting technique of wet felting using 100% hand-dyed merino roving from Malabrigo, Lopi, and Frabjous Fibers. Choose your unique color combination of pencil and braided roving, then Tonya will guide you in designing a beautiful, wearable piece of art. You will hand felt your scarf using soapy water, bubble wrap and a little elbow grease. No experience is necessary and all materials are included.

After class Tonya will complete the felting process for you in her studio (processing time approximately one week) and you will be contacted to pick-up your shawl the following week.

Classes are once per month and fill up quickly so register right away! This class can be booked as a private event with 3 students; call Donna for available dates.
