Up your crochet game with Granny Squares!

Granny squares are back— but did they ever really go away? Learn to crochet this timeless motif, and you’ll have a world of wonderful crochet designs at your fingertips. In this two-hour class you will crochet in the round and create one or two classic styles of granny squares using our colorful-striping Noro Kureyon yarn. We’ll also cover pattern reading, weaving in ends and sewing squares together.

This is a Beginner/Advanced Beginner crochet class. We’ll do a quick review of chain stitch and double crochet in class, but students should have prior experience with these stitches. Students will learn pattern reading, crochet in the round, tips for counting stitches, and finishing techniques!

Cost: $70.00 per student, class limit is 6 students.

Class Kits: Students will choose one ball of Noro Kureyon. Yarn and pattern are included with class fee. Additional yarn is available for purchase.

Other Materials: US I (5.5mm) crochet hook, tapestry needle, scissors.
